SaaS platform

How MF POS fits your business

MF POS is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) point-of-sale and store-management product: your stores, users, and data live in a secure multi-tenant cloud. We also support local installation when you need on-prem performance or compliance, with optional sync to the online system for backups and centralized reporting.

What you get

Cloud-first SaaS

Subscriptions are managed per store or organization. You log in through the browser, receive updates without manual upgrades, and scale from one register to many locations under one account structure.

  • Centralized product, customer, and order data in the cloud
  • Role-based access for staff and administrators
  • Super-admin tooling for plans, stores, and modules across tenants

Local deployment

For shops that prefer—or require—software running on their own network or machine, we offer a local setup path: install the application on your server or Windows/Linux host so checkout and inventory stay on your LAN with low latency and full control of the runtime environment.

  • Suitable for unreliable internet or strict data-residency workflows
  • POS terminals can talk to your local instance for day-to-day sales
  • Same core features as the cloud edition, aligned to your deployment package

Online sync & backup

When you run locally, you can connect that deployment to the online SaaS environment. Scheduled or on-demand sync pushes sales, stock movements, and configuration snapshots to the cloud so you keep an off-site backup and a single view of performance across branches.

  • Encrypted transfer of data between local and cloud tiers
  • Recovery: restore from cloud backups if hardware fails on-site
  • Hybrid reporting: head office uses cloud dashboards while stores use local POS

Typical hybrid layout

Many teams combine local POS for speed and resilience with a cloud control plane for backups, analytics, and multi-store administration. Exact sync frequency, conflict rules, and which entities replicate (orders only vs. catalog + customers) are defined during implementation so the model matches your operations.

Note: Hybrid sync is a professional service: we help you map network topology, secure API or queue-based integration, and test failover so local and online stay consistent without double-selling inventory.
